The Mage Tower consists of seven challenges, each extremely difficult and requiring a perfect understanding of your character’s skills and abilities. There is one challenge for tank specs, one for healing specs, and five for DPS specs. DPS challenges are generally considered easier than tank and healing ones, so you'll need at least three characters to complete all seven challenges: Death Knight, Demon Hunter, and Paladin are ideal choices.
Each time you start a challenge, you will tackle a new one available for your spec until all are completed. Each challenge offers its own set of rewards, including rare transmog sets, mounts, and the Fel Werebear druid form. By finishing all seven challenges, you'll earn the Mage-Bound Spelltome flying mount.
Buy Mage Tower challenge boost from Overgear to complete any specialization challenge you need. Forget about special preparations and countless unsuccessful attempts — our boosters will handle the job with maximum efficiency.

Yes, the Mage Tower is still available in World of Warcraft. It was reintroduced permanently during the Shadowlands expansion, and it remains accessible even in subsequent expansions like The War Within.
To get to the Mage Tower in World of Warcraft, travel to Dalaran (Broken Isles version) and then use the flight path to Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore. If you haven't unlocked the Broken Shore flight path, you can use your own flying mount. To enter, you need to speak with War Councilor Victoria, who is located near the tower on the Deliverance Point (46.6, 62.0). You can visit her at any time regardless of the time-travel events.
If you want to get the Mage Tower mount, you need to complete all 7 Mage Tower challenges. You don't have to complete them on a single character – you can use multiple characters. Once you've finished all 7challenges, you'll receive the A Tour of Towers achievement and Mage-Bound Spelltome, which teaches you how to summon Soaring Spelltome flying mount.
No, the Mage Tower is not available for Evokers in World of Warcraft at the moment. The Mage Tower challenges were designed specifically for the classes that existed during the Legion expansion, and Evokers, introduced in Dragonflight, are not included in those challenges.
