Items are usually refer to various gear pieces that your character can obtain by completing different PvP and PvE activities. They come in different rarity tiers and level requirements.

Item's rarity might be from Common (white) to Legendary (orange). While common items arre ususally are of no use for a player, Unique and Legendary items are extremely hard to obtain because of their special qualities.
