Keep in mind that leveling FF14 alt jobs is much longer than leveling the main job. Now you don't have MSQ (Main Scenario Quests) EXP boosts that were crucial in leveling. Your best scenario is to level up Free Company so you would have a 20% EXP boost, Daily Roulette quests, and non-stop dungeon completion.
In the same way how you level up your main job. You can learn these first steps for beginners. This is pretty simple. First, you need to get a quest for a specific job you want, equip your new weapon, and that's it. But as a tip, even if you have Gil, don't buy new gear out of the market board. You can get it in the nearby NPC gear shop in town. Don't waste your money on a slight difference. It won't make your leveling process any faster :) Now you are ready to carry on leveling your new job!
Right now, the best way to level up your alt is to do deep dungeons. If you are a new player, let me explain. The Deep Dungeon is an ever-changing dungeon. You wouldn't have two same runs in there. And you cannot care about your gear level at all. You always start at level one. Right now, there are two deep dungeons: Palace of the Dead and Heaven-on-High. First, you unlock on the 17 level and others after clearing level 50 of Palace of the Dead and reach level 61 in any battle jobs. These dungeons not only give you a stable EXP boost but also can give you rare mounts, minions, and titles. On the other hand, you can get an FFXIV alt job leveling boost here and stop worrying about it!
