Vessel of Hatred is the first major expansion for Diablo 4, offering players exciting new content, challenges, and features:

• Progression System: Character levels now cap at 60, with shared Paragon levels across all characters in the same realm. Paragon levels go up to 300, with a revamped system for more impactful upgrades;
• New Difficulty System: The old World Tiers have been replaced with Standard Difficulties (Normal, Hard, Expert, Penitent) and Torment Difficulties (Torment I–IV). As you climb through the new Pit system, you’ll unlock harder difficulties that offer greater rewards;
• New Class — Spiritborn: A jungle warrior attuned to Spirit Guardians. The Spiritborn uses agility and power to decimate enemies, offering diverse playstyles depending on which Guardian you align with;
• New Region — Nahantu: Dense jungles and scorching deserts of Nahantu. Return to iconic Diablo 2 locations like Kurast Bazaar and Travincal. Encounter new dungeons, strongholds, and dangerous enemies in this treacherous new zone;
• Expanded Storyline: Continue the adventure with Neyrelle and uncover Mephisto’s dark plan;
• Mercenaries: Recruit powerful allies to fight alongside you. Mercenaries come with their skill trees and unique abilities, evolving as you progress;
• Kurast Undercity: A time-attack dungeon is set in the depths of Kurast. Fight through waves of enemies and defeat bosses while racing against the clock for valuable rewards.
• Dark Citadel: A challenging co-op dungeon with multiple wings and elite enemies. Work with your team to overcome puzzles, defeat bosses, and earn exclusive weekly rewards;
• Runewords: Customize your gameplay by combining Runes of Ritual and Runes of Invocation to create Runewords. These powerful effects can even grant access to cross-class abilities, adding new depth to your build;
• Hatred Rising Event: This global event introduces Realmwalkers, massive creatures that spawn throughout the land, spreading Mephisto’s corruption. Defeat them to enter Seething Realms, special dungeons filled with enemies and treasures. The event also introduces Seething Opals, powerful elixirs that boost experience and other stats.
• Zakarum Remnants: Join forces with the Zakarum Remnants faction, who fight back against Mephisto’s forces. Complete their quests to earn reputation and unique rewards;
