Those who surrender to her lose their reason to the point that they stage a rebellion against their own people. There're three separate phases of this fight, with the end of the first and second phases serving as gates or checkpoints. To even get to beat this new content your item level has to be 1430 to attempt Normal difficulty, and 1460 for Hard mode.
What is legion raid: valtan?This is a brand new raid, that will let you face an old foe from the past. Valtan is more ready than ever to face you and your group of Seekers. This raid will let you obtain new powerful crafting resources and gear. More hardcore challenges await you in this new Lost Ark raiding experience. For you to start this new journey, you'll need to complete a new guide quest ‘[Guide] Notice: Legion Raid’. Once you’ve completed the guide quest, you can visit the “Lunar Knights” NPC located in Vern castle to start the quest 'Resurrected Lord of Destruction' which tells the story of Valtan. To even get to beat this new content your item level has to be 1415 to attempt Normal difficulty, and 1445 for Hard mode.
